There are some things I should warn you about.

  1. I haven’t always been an Army wife and a homemaker; that started in October ’09 when I married my best friend and moved to Fort Hood, an army base in central Texas.
  2. I haven’t always been a problogger and Avon lady. These are relatively new endeavors for me which I’m very excited about! Prior to this, I worked as an office assistant at an ophthalmologist’s office. As for my future, I hope to continue as a problogger and Avon lady, but I also plan to go back to school and major in applied psychology.
  3. I love cats. In fact, the word Ocipura is one I created as a preteen, a brand-new web junkie, by combining the names of my two favorite kinds of animals: a wild cat and a domestic cat. (Ocelot and Singapura, respectively.) Guess what kind of cats are in the right side column! I currently only have one cat (who thinks he is a dog) named Tumbles.
